ATMOS Corporation will exhibit this year at the Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC), and ATMOS R&D team member Sreedhar Natarajan, formerly of Texas Instruments, will chair two sessions. CICC 2002 runs from May 12 - 15 at the Caribe Royale Resort Suites in Orlando, Florida.

ATMOS staff will be on-hand at booth #18 to provide the latest product information about SoC-RAM, the highest-density, compiled 1T embedded memory; and to discuss the product's superior soft error rate (SER) performance, announced yesterday. In addition, Mr. Natarajan, whose appointment to ATMOS was announced last month, will chair Session 7 - "Advances in Embedded Memory," on Monday, May 13 at 2:00PM; and is organizer and moderator for Session 17 - "Can Scaling Continue at the Same Rate below 0.1 micronsm? What is the End of CMOS... and What is Next?" on Tuesday, May 14 at 8:00PM.

Session 7 will describe novel memory architectures including 1T capacitor-less DRAM, molecular memory, and low-power sequential- access memory. ROM-compression algorithms for continuous data and self-adaptive FLASH programming will also be featured.
