To gain the operational advantages of the critical mass ATMI has built in the semiconductor market, and to continue building the ATMI brand, the Materials Group has been reorganized with a Global Product Line focus. ATMI Materials, which supplies specialty materials and delivery systems to the worldwide semiconductor industry, represents about half of ATMI's overall revenues.

Dan Marks has been appointed Vice-President, Sales for ATMI Materials. Mr. Marks was most recently Applied Materials', Senior Director, Marketing and Business Development, Thermal Products. Robert Welch Robert Welch may refer to:

 was promoted to Vice-President, Marketing; Dennis Brestovansky to Vice-President, Gas Operations; and Steve Hatch to Vice-President, Liquid Operations. The recently acquired Newform packaging business will be integrated with the NOW operations, under the leadership of NOW President Terry Nagel.
