: WWWX), today announced that Thomas Settineri, current Chief Executive Officer of ATM/Intrac, has been named Chairman of the Board. He retains his position as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . The company also announced that Gary Levi, ATM/Intrac Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Warren Rothstein, former Chairman of ATM/Intrac, has resigned from his position with the company to return to the presidency of his own private company. He has also relinquished re·lin·quish

Mr. Settineri has been CEO of Intrac since 1991 and CEO of ATM since 1999. Prior to ATM/Intrac, Settineri was president and COO of a privately held New York-based company, which was involved in marketing solutions and asset management programs.

Mr. Levi, one of the founders of Intrac, has served as COO of ATM/Intrac since 1999. He has held senior positions with various governmental and public policy agencies, including the New York City New York City: see New York, city.

Mr. Richardson has more than 25 years of experience in computing and telecommunications with AT&T, where, most recently, he helped to create and deploy AT&T Solutions, AT&T's network consulting, system's integration and network outsourcing businesses.

The board of WorldWide Web NetworX will be unaffected by the change in management at ATM/Intrac.
