 ATLANTIC-ACM has formed an affiliate company, Marketplace Analysts Inc., to help its information industry clients identify and pursue investment, merger, acquisition and partnership opportunities.

Marketplace Analysts Inc. will function as a separate company affiliated with ATLANTIC-ACM's privately-held parent company, ACM (Association for Computing Machinery, New York, www.acm.org) A membership organization founded in 1947 dedicated to advancing the arts and sciences of information processing.
