It emphasizes meat, cheese, and eggs, while discouraging foods such as bread, pasta, fruit, and sugar. It is a form of ketogenic diet. . They have come up with a low-carbohydrate version of their signature sauce. Doctors have criticised low-carbohydrate eating regimes such as the Atkins for not giving people a balanced, nutritional diet.
