The IBM ThinkPad A31 notebook features the MOBILITY RADEON 7500 graphics processor with 32MB DDR SDRAM, and the IBM ThinkPad A31p is the first shipping notebook to include the world's most advanced mobile workstation processor, the MOBILITY FIRE GL 7800, with 64MB DDR SDRAM.
The ThinkPad A31p features the Intel Pentium(R) 4-M processor operating at 1.7 GHz (gigahertz), and includes a 15" TFT (Thin Film Transistor) The term typically refers to active matrix screens on laptop computers.
