ATI'S award-winning MOBILITY RADEON 9000 to drive new Amilo D Series notebook by Fujitsu Siemens Computers.


ATI Technologies has announced that the MOBILITY RADEON 9000, the industry's most powerful and exciting mobile visual processor, has been selected by Fujitsu Siemens Computers Fujitsu Siemens Computers is a Japanese and German IT vendor, selling consumer and business computing products in the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (products marketed elsewhere are sold under the Fujitsu brand).  for their Amilo D Series consumer notebook.

The Amilo D Series notebook is powered by Intel Pentium 4 processors or Intel Celeron processors and comes equipped with up to 2048MB DDR SDRAM memory and a hard drive up to 60 GB. Large 14.1" or 15" XGA and SXGA (Super XGA) A screen resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. SXGA is commonly used on standard monitors, but provides a 1.25:1 aspect ratio, compared to the more common 1.33:1 (4:3) ratio. SXGA+ has a 1400x1050 resolution, which is an exact 1.33:1 ratio.
