As part of the alliance, ATG has licensed Customers.com(R) Consulting Methodologies from the Patricia Seybold Group. ATG will use this resource to help its customers create a strategic roadmap for implementing customer-centric initiatives.

ATG and Patricia Seybold Group will work together to educate ATG customers on the bottom line benefits of developing more customer-driven experiences using ATG Dynamo A family of e-commerce and CRM applications from Art Technology Group, Inc., Cambridge, MA (www.atg.com). Part of ATG's core marketing Adaptive Scenario Engine, Dynamo comprises a comprehensive set of Java-based products that enable an organization to deploy a fully-integrated customer (R) e-Business Scenarios. By clearly defining high-level business goals in advance of implementations, customers can focus on building scenarios that generate the greatest return on investment and yield more efficient customer interactions.
