The ATG Customer Loyalty Program, meanwhile, kicked off in January 2002 and has completed the first three phases of customer surveys, which are being used to gain quantifiable data on ATG customers in an effort to understand how ATG can more effectively address customers' business and technical needs. The program will be used as a management tool to improve product, services, business processes and customer loyalty. Through the first three phases, the survey, conducted entirely via the Web, has been sent to audiences ranging from senior management to product and services users.
