The new it e-mart system is designed to provide government users with an online marketplace to expedite purchasing IT products and services from all of the ASCP's pre-negotiated government discounted contracts.

Built using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ATG software - the ATG e-Business Application Suite and the ATG Adaptive Scenario Engine - the ASCP Web site has been completely overhauled to create it e-mart, allowing users to quickly and easily navigate the site's product offerings.
