ATG's Shareholders Re-Elect Directors by a 95% Margin; Final Working Prototype of Water Distiller Unveiled.

MONROVIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2000

American Technologies Group Inc. (ATG) (OTCBB:ATEG) today announced that at its annual shareholders meeting on Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, the Board of Directors was re-elected to an additional one year term by a margin of 95%.

Corbin & Wertz, ATG's auditors were also re-appointed. At an ATG board meeting current ATG management was re-appointed.

During the meeting, the final prototype of ATG's water distiller was unveiled. The attendees witnessed first-hand the distiller producing water according to specifications of the device, which operates at less than 150(degree)F, using a new unique technology to create a vacuum without a vacuum pump.

Additionally, the attendees were shown ATG's The Force(R) infomercial which was recently test marketed.
