, ATEC Group location or through the company's web site, www.atecgroup.com. Fifty-dollar rebates are also available to shareholders who build a Nexar PC using the company's new build-to-order capability on the ATEC Group web site. The offer applies to all current ATEC Group shareholders, as well as to those who become company shareholders by June 30, 2000.

To receive the rebate, shareholders will need a proof of purchase of their Nexar system and documentation supporting their stock ownership. Additional details about the offer can be found at atecgroup.com.
