Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , purchased an aggregate of 29,000 shares of ATEC common stock. However, a Form 4 filed on June 9, 1999 mis-coded the transaction as a sale rather than a purchase. No sales of ATEC common stock were made by Mr. Rametra. The erroneous filing was due to a clerical error an error made in copying or writing.
