ATCT Announces Provisional Board of Advisors for Asian Subsidiary 7123000.COM.

HOUSTON -- Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation (Pink Sheets:ATCT)(www.atct.us) today announced that 7123000.COM (www.7123000.com), its Asian sales and marketing web portal, has named a Provisional Board of Advisors to guide the business and fulfill its management requirements.

Chairman Mr. Dana Alan

Product Manager and Data Developer Manager for Triad Systems 1984 to 1987: Was one of the primary designers of the Triad Electronic Catalog system, the first successful computerized auto parts catalog system, which has commanded a 50%+ market share for over 10 years and is the flagship software/data product of Triad Systems (a publicly traded firm with over $120 million in sales in 1987).

Founder, CEO, President and Chairman of Sequoia Data Corporation 1987 to 1996: Founded the first pure E-commerce company which went to market in 1989 with CompuMarket(R), a product quite similar to today's eBay. In 1991 shifted the company to OCR/Scanning related software due to lack of investor interest in E-commerce at that time. Went to market in 1991 with ScanFix(R) which became the leading image enhancement software on the market with 75%+ market share. Merged Sequoia Data (at a valuation of over $5 million) into TMS, Inc. (a public company) in 1996 to form TMSSequoia.

Director and Executive Vice President, 1996 to 1997: Chairman, 1998: Chairman, CEO, and President, 1999, TMSSequoia (a public company): In 1998-99 Mr. Allen received 8 U.S. patents for inventions related to computerized image enhancement and optical character recognition. In 1997 negotiated an OEM and co-marketing agreement with CAERE Corp. (the OCR market leader) to include ScanFix in their OmniPage product and sell a companion product in their package that produced over $800,000 of revenue. In 1999 Mr. Allen conceived and designed the first software product to do high speed color dropout/conversion of scanned color images, SpectrumFix(R).

Interim CEO Mr. Michael Malbourne

Michael has qualifications in Accounting, Secretarial & law, Taxation & International Tax Law, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing.

Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the companies in which he is involved. He has over 30 years of experience at the most senior levels in company management with extensive experience in all aspects of accounting, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning and risk management for a number of companies. These include Xcellink www.xcellink.com International Limited, SIRF Limited, Exicom Limited, Pratt Industries Group, Caterpillar Tractor Company and the English Scottish and Australian Bank Ltd.

Michael has participated with hands-on involvement in Syndicated Funding raising more than A$ 1.1 billion - with recipients of these funds being 13 companies located and operating in North America, the Asian regions and Australia.

More recently Michael has served as a Director and Consultant to a number of high growth companies that have required significant value-add to structure, exploit and commercialize their technologies.

Mr. Steven H. Bethke is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bethke is also the Chairman and CEO of Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation which is publicly traded on the "Pink Sheets" exchange. Prior to organizing Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation in July 1997, Mr. Bethke was employed as General Manager of Houston Telephone and Paging (HT&P), from July 1995 to September 1996. Prior to joining HT&P, he was employed as a consultant to HT&P from January 1995 to July 1995. Prior to joining HT&P as a consultant, he was employed by Everon America, Inc. (which is the North American marketing company for Samson Electronics LTD, a Korean electronics manufacturer, including paging equipment) as North American Sales Manager from August 1994 to July 1995. Mr. Bethke was Manager of Indirect Distribution with MobileComm (a Bell South company) from June 1993 to August 1994. Prior to that time he was employed as Manager of Indirect Distribution for Houston Cellular Telephone Company from November 1988. Mr. Bethke was involved with sales, marketing and management of consumer electronics products and services since the late 70s. Mr. Bethke attended Indiana University.

Mr. Norman George, a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is also the Director and Chief Financial Officer of Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corporation which is publicly traded on the "Pink Sheets" exchange. Mr. George was hired as Chief Financial Officer of ATCT on September 1, 1998. Prior to joining the Affordable Telecommunications technology Corporation, he was self-employed with ownership interest in numerous retail companies over the past twenty-five years. Peat, Marwick and Mitchell formerly employed him for 10 years as a retail consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

Ms. Kornchaya Manchanda

Representative of the funding parties, Ms. Manchanda has a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in International Business Management. Her role will be liaising between the funding parties and ATCT.

The objectives of this Provisional Board will be to appoint a CEO within 30 days, finalize the appointment of auditors, oversee the current funding requirements for the remainder of this fiscal year, install management controls over the operations of the company, and establish the corporate governance of the entity.

The board will further the relationship with Cashnow (CHNW) www.cashnow.com in relation to distributing its services through their database, developing a telecommunications VPN for the implementation of additional Cash Now services and work with the research and development team.
