NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 1995--ATC and Aurora jointly
announce stockholder approval of the merger of Aurora into ATC with ATC
as the surviving corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions
previously announced.
The Certificate of Merger is anticipated to be filed in the State of
Delaware in the afternoon of June 29, 1995, or the next business day.
Trading of Aurora's Common Stock on NASDAQ is expected to cease at
the close of the market on either June 30, 1995 or July 3, 1995.
