:AHN-News) a leader in medical staffing, today announced that it has signed a License Agreement with Joselito P. Babaran, Inc., a healthcare training company that prepares foreign nurses for the NCLEX NCLEX National Council Licensure Examination  exams. Under its new license with ATC, the company will now provide medical staffing services in California's San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley

Valley, southern California, U.S. Northwest of central Los Angeles, the valley is bounded by the San Gabriel, Santa Susana, and Santa Monica mountains and the Simi Hills.

"This is also the third licensee that ATC has signed on in California in the last five months, where new nursing ratios have been in effect since January 2004."
