ATC II Inc. signs letter of intent.


SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 1995--ATC II Inc. Tuesday announced the signed letter of intent to acquire U.S. Patents Nos. 5,296,216 and 5,306,509 on STOMASTAT for $5 million from Turner, Turner and Associates.

The acquisition will be made under a promissory note promissory note, unconditional written promise to pay a certain sum of money at a definite time to bearer or to a specified person on his order.
