ATC Hires Transmission Construction Vice President.


WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Michael Rowe has accepted a position with American Transmission Co. as Vice President of Construction. In his new position, Rowe will be responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation of ATC's construction plans.
