 BB:ATCHA), a leading provider of comprehensive medical staffing for hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare organizations, today announced that in line with its national expansion initiatives, the Company acquired Lifeline Nursing Services, a medical staffing agency based in a new market, Taylorsville, Utah Taylorsville is a city in Salt Lake County, Utah, United States. The population was 57,439 at the 2000 census. Its estimated population in 2007 stood at 60,100. Taylorsville was incorporated from the Taylorsville-Bennion CDP and portions of the Kearns CDP on April 24, 1996. .

The new office will be operated as an ATC corporate location with the current management, who possesses significant knowledge of the business and demographics, in place.
