ATA (American Trans Air, Inc. NASDAQ: AMTR) today announced it is operating 80 percent of its scheduled service flights and anticipates the same level of service for Sunday, Sept. 16. The airline is making substantial progress toward rebuilding its flight operations to normal levels.
