AT & T WINS CONTRACT RENEWAL. Menasha Menasha (mənăsh`ə), city (1990 pop. 14,711), Winnebago co., E Wis., on Lake Winnebago and the Fox River, adjacent to its twin city of Neenah; settled 1840s, inc. 1874. Corp., Neenah, Wisconsin Neenah is a city on Lake Winnebago in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 24,507 at the 2000 census. The city is surrounded by, but is politically independent of, the Town of Neenah. , USA awarded a US$ 3 million, three-year networking contract renewal to AT & T. Under the contract, AT & T will continue to provide IP-enabled technology that proactively manages Menasha's corporate network, integrating more than 46 facilities in 17 states. Among other tasks, AT & T will provide Menasha's remotely deployed workers secure access to the corporate network.
