AT&T Government Solutions received two multi-year contracts, one from the US Army to develop live battlefield training systems under the Army's One Tactical Engagement Simulation A Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) is a training system for using weapons. Laser transmitters are used instead of bullets, larger rounds, or shorter-range guided weapons such as anti-tank missiles.  System (OneTess). The 42-month contracts, combined value of which could reach $134 million, will see AT&T develop next-generation force-on-force and force-on-target war game systems.
