AT&T WORLDNET SERVICE GIVES COREL CUSTOMERS DIAL ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.

, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--APRIL 23, 1996--Corel Corporation and AT&T today announced an agreement that will give customers of Corel's popular software products dial access to AT&T WorldNet(SM) Service, which provides value-added access to the Internet.

Access to AT&T WorldNet Service will be integrated into the U.S. versions of Corel WordPerfect Suite See WordPerfect Office.  and Corel Office A suite of applications for Windows from Corel that was superseded by Corel WordPerfect Suite. See WordPerfect Office.  Professional for Windows 3.1x

The offer includes AT&T's revolutionary pricing: AT&T long distance customers have their choice of a year free trial on the Internet with the first five hours free each month or $19.95 per month for unlimited use. Corel's non-AT&T customers have their choice of unlimited access available for $24.95 a month, or $4.95 a month for the first three hours with the first five hours free in the first month after registration. Customers not on the unlimited plan are billed $2.50 per hour for additional usage. Customers pay separately for any local charges. Access to the service is available via an 800 number, with a $4.50 an hour surcharge.

AT&T brings to Corel customers its "Internet for Everyone" service, with directories and topical areas to help people find useful information, guided tours for newcomers, navigational aids for users of all skill levels, and electronic mail. AT&T WorldNet Service will work with most of today's popular Internet browsers, although an AT&T-branded version of the Netscape Navigator(TM) browser software, is preconfigured Set up ahead of time.
