The 40-percent discount is in addition to the regular low basic rates that are in effect every Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. for all AT&T customers. It will be subtracted from True USA members' bills automatically. True USA Savings members normally receive discounts ranging from 10 to 30 percent off their AT&T bill when they make at least $10 in qualifying domestic calls, including direct-dialed long-distance and calling card calls. The special 40-percent discount replaces the regular discounts. The special True USA Savings offer is effective Nov. 27, pending tariff tariff, tax on imported and, more rarely, exported goods.
