AT&T Solutions completes senior management staffing.


WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 1995--AT&T announced today three executive appointments aimed at strengthening and expanding the capabilities of AT&T's newest business unit -- AT&T Solutions, which provides consulting, integration and outsourcing services for the world's largest corporations.

"These appointments complete the top tier of our management team, and their depth of business experience and breadth of industry knowledge will help our clients achieve the highest levels of competitive advantage now and into the next century," said Victor E. Millar, AT&T Solutions President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. .

Richard Paul Anderson (born February 10, 1946 in Midland, Michigan) is a former American Football defensive back for the American Football League's and NFL's Miami
, 47, joins AT&T Solutions as managing partner for the integration practice. Anderson comes to AT&T from Kwasha Lipton Kwasha Lipton was an employee benefits consulting firm located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. It was founded in 1944 by H. Charles "Chick" Kwasha and Maurice Lipton.

Kwasha Lipton is best known for creating a special type of defined benefit pension plan called a cash balance
, an employee benefits consulting firm, where he served as chief technology officer. Prior to joining Kwasha Lipton in 1994, Anderson was a principal in the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

Corsiglia's worldwide responsibilities for AT&T Solutions will span all three professional services practices. These include client satisfaction, practice methodology, personnel development and training, and practice information management.

Fred Lawrence, 53, also joins AT&T Solutions as market management vice president. Lawrence comes to AT&T after 10 years as a private investor. Prior to this, Lawrence was a consulting managing partner with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Lawrence's responsibilities include growth planning for AT&T Solutions' expansion in vertical industry and geographic markets.

All three appointees join Jim Corey, managing partner, consulting practice, and Rick Roscitt, managing partner, worldwide outsourcing practice, and other senior executives in rounding out the business unit's leadership team. All report directly to Millar, and will be located at AT&T Solutions world headquarters in Washington, D.C.
