The new AT&T Enhanced Web Development Package comes with an "Internet Server Availability" guarantee, ensuring that every customer's site will be accessible by Internet end users at any time unless AT&T provides advanced notification of network maintenance or downtime The time during which a computer is not functioning due to hardware, operating system or application program failure. . If anyone is denied access to an AT&T customer's hosted Web site during a three-month period due to AT&T Web server unavailability, the customer will be eligible for a one-time credit equal to one month's service fee. The "Internet Server Availability" guarantee will apply to all AT&T customers under the AT&T Web Site Services umbrella.
