AT&T Inc. Receives More DiversityInc Honors Than Any Other U.S. Company; AT&T Leads in Commitment in the Workplace and Marketplace on Top 10 Lists.

: T) to six of its "top 10" specialty lists, the highest number of honors received by any U.S. company. The rankings recognize AT&T for its commitment to diversity in the workplace and marketplace and include "top 10" honors for supplier diversity Supplier Diversity is a business program that encourages the use of previously underutilized minority owned vendors as suppliers. It is not directly correlated with supply chain diversification, although utilizing more vendors may enhance supply chain diversification. , African-American workforce, Latino workforce, executive women, GLBT GLBT Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered  employees, and recruitment and retention.

In addition to its top placement, AT&T was named as one of the 25 Noteworthy Companies, honoring companies with strong diversity programs and initiatives.
