Scott Perry, Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, AT&T Solutions has joined the Board of Directors of Planet Zanett, Inc. (INCU), a NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on listed company established to form a commonwealth of businesses in the IT sector. At AT&T (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange : T) Mr. Perry's responsibilities focus on building and refining the business strategy of AT&T and creating growth by planning new businesses and directing the alliance, investment and acquisitions of software technology and networking services firms. He and his team led the 1998 acquisition of IBM's Global Network business and its assimilation into AT&T. The same team also worked on the implementation of the global Venture with BT and the first investment by NTT in a non-Japanese based services firm in Japan.
