AT&T College Network sponsors back-to-school game with Interactive Imaginations' Riddler.com web site.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1996--AT&T is putting a new twist on the "three R's" in its new college-student targeted, on-line advertising promotion -- reading, writing and Riddler.

Interactive Imaginations, launched a four-month on-line campaign for AT&T today to deliver full-page screen ads to college students across the country through the company's multi-player Riddler game site (www.riddler.com).

The campaign's first execution will run for eight weeks and feature full-page screen ads welcoming students back to school. The campaign, which is being designed by Modem Media, will offer the chance to win mountain bikes, laptop computers and other prizes.

Scheduled to run through December, the campaign will deliver customized advertising to students at more than 25 targeted colleges, including the University of Missouri-Columbia, MIT MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology , University of California-Berkley and others. Students who log on to the Riddler site from other colleges will receive generic full-page ads from AT&T.

For the first time, students will be able to access the Riddler game site through a seamless link with AT&T's college network.
