AT&T Wireless Services today announced it has named more than 20 leading Internet content providers See content provider.  to help launch its revolutionary interactive communication and information service, AT&T PocketNet service for the Individual.

With AT&T PocketNet service, subscribers will use a specially equipped cellular phone to access e-mail and an online personal organizer, as well as news, financial reports, weather forecasts, sports scores, airline schedules and national directories from Web powerhouses such as ABCNEWS.com, Bloomberg Online, ESPN SportsZone, Infospace and Travelocity.

"In concert with content providers, we are providing people on the go with a tool that lets them stay in touch and be productive," said Kendra VanderMeulen, senior vice president and general manager with AT&T Wireless Services, Wireless Data Division.
