 BB:FTEL FTEL Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd. ) Thursday announced that long distance carrier AT&T and Franklin amicably settled the civil lawsuit between them and it is being dismissed by the court.

Terms of the settlement are confidential and prevent Franklin from disclosing details, including whether or not anything was paid by either party as part of the settlement.
