AT&S completes acquisition of Tofic.

Ltd., a Korean manufacturer of flexible PCBs.
The consolidation of Tofic is expected to take place by June 30,
2006. Effective April 1, 2006, AT&S's controlling manager,
Markus Potzinger, will become CFO See Chief Financial Officer. of the acquired company.
For the full financial year 2006/07 AT&S expects a revenue
contribution from Tofic of roughly US$40 million.
