American Society for Testing and Materials course will provide a clear understanding of the proper application of ASTM B117 and will furnish information regarding corrosion testing in general. Course participants will learn how to properly operate salt fog apparatus; the "whys and hows" of corrosion testing; and gain hands-on experience. Demonstrations will also he given on mixing solutions, cleaning coupons and samples, evaluation of results and samples, and B117 corrosion test equipment.
