ASTM International, West Conshohocken, PA, has announced the promotions of three senior level staff members.

ASTM International, West Conshohocken, PA, has announced the promotions of three senior level staff members. Katharine Morgan has been promoted to vice president, technical committee operations. Ms. Morgan has been with ASTM International since 1984, starting as manager, technical committee operations. She was most recently general manager, technical committee support, a position she has held since 2001. Ms. Morgan will be filling the position previously held by Ken Pearson, who now holds the title of senior vice president.

Teresa Cendrowska has been named vice president, global cooperation. Ms. Cendrowska, who joined ASTM in 1989, previously served as director, external relations. She spent over 10 years as manager, technical committee operations, and two years as manager, new business development, before taking her current position in 2002. Ms. Cendrowska succeeds Kitty Kono, who retired from ASTM in August 2007 after 32 years of service.

Jeff Grove has been promoted to vice president, global policy and industry affairs. His prior position was director, government and industry affairs, a position he has held since he was selected to reopen the ASTM office in Washington, D.C., in 2004. Before joining ASTM, Mr. Grove was the director of the Association for Computing Machinery's Office of Public Policy. He also spent eight years working for the United States Congress, including a three-year term as the staff director of the House Committee on Science Subcommittee on Technology.
