The reorganization is expected to foster better employee communications, improve service to our employees by increasing face-to-face interaction during nights shifts and at outstations, and to implement training programs and other investments in ASTAR's most valuable asset -- its dedicated employees. Labor negotiations will continue to report to Steve Rossum, ASTAR's general counsel, who will announce shortly the organizational structure for that function.
