Jefferson B. "Jeff" Miller (born June 27, 1959), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2001, representing
 has joined ASTAR as Director of Human Resources. Jeff will be located at ASTAR's Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport hub facility.

Jeff comes to ASTAR with more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, most recently at Standard Register Company, where he served as Manager, Human Resources. He held similar positions at the Corporate, Division, Field Sales and Plant level at NCR Corporation. Jeff holds a Masters of Business in Management from Indiana University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kalamazoo College.

Jeff and his wife Lisa have a son, Aaron, 17, and a daughter, Kelsey, 13.
