The American String Teachers Association (ASTA) with National School Orchestra Association (NSOA NSOA National School Orchestra Association ) has released the CD Ultimate Strings, Volume 1: Alternative Styles, featuring many of today's hottest alternative styles string music recording artists. All proceeds from the CD will benefit ASTA with NSOA's National Foundation to Promote String Teaching and Playing. The CD is the first in a three-part series to be released by ASTA with NSOA.
