ASTA with NSOA announces CodaBows for America recipients. (Items of Interest).


The American String Teachers Association The American String Teacher's Association (or ASTA) is a professional organization based in the United States for music teachers. It is the largest such national organization in the US for string teachers.  WITH the National School Orchestra Association (ASTA WITI4 NSOA) announces the first recipients of the CodaBows for America Community Outreach Program, which assists under-resourced school and studio music programs, annually donating $5,000 worth of full-size CodaBow Aspire bows through CodaBow International, Ltd.

The recipients of the first round of CodaBows include South Miami Elementary School South Miami Elementary School is a primary school for grades kindergarten-K5 in South Miami, Florida. It offers magnet programs in art, music, dance and drama for grades 3-5.
