ASSA ABLOY has acquired Fichet Bauche's lock business and Timelox.

The company's Danish subsidiary A/S Ruko has acquired the lock wholesaler Sloth & Go. The acquisition will strengthen the company's distribution capacity in Denmark and will enable the company to provide improved customer service. The company will also have the opportunity to sell other lock-related products.
