ASRC Management Services wins $15M contract with US Patent and Trademark Office.

GREENBELT, Md. -- ASRC Management Services (ASRC MS) has been awarded a contract from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the implementation, operation, maintenance, expansion and enhancement of the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC). The contract was issued with a base period of one year with four one year options and has a potential value of $15 million.

ASRC MS with team member Systems Integration Inc. (SII) of Landover, Maryland, will provide both United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) customers and users with technology that allows them automated access to interactive information about USPTO products, processes, and services. Additionally, the ASRC MS team will provide the ECC on-call support 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year and will be responsible for emergency call operations when necessary.
