ASPi Europe, Inc. (the "Company")(OTCBB:ASPQ) announced today that it will not proceed with the proposed acquisition it-softdialog AG ("ITAG") on terms previously announced by the Company.

ITAG has granted the Company an exclusive right to negotiate an acquisition agreement with ITAG until September 30, 2000, however, there is no assurance that an agreement will be completed between the parties.
