ASML's Lithography lithography (lĭthŏg`rəfē), type of planographic or surface printing.  has penetrated a new market -- providing systems for Korea's scanner dedicated foundry," said Dave Chavoustie, executive vice president of sales for ASML. "ASML's Step & Scan systems deliver high productivity, low cost of ownership and platform extendibility, giving DongBu's foundry operation both versatility and a strategic competitive edge in photolithography processing."

Equipment ordered by DongBu, which includes the PAS 5500/400C(TM) and PAS 5500/750E(TM) Step & Scan systems, is being installed at DongBu's EumSung facility in the KyoungKi-Do province.
