ASML Prices EUR 330 Million Offering of Convertible Subordinated Notes.

The currency market, also known as the Foreign Exchange market, is the largest financial market in the world, with a daily average volume of over US $1 trillion.
 330 million offering of Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2010. The amount of the offering has been increased from EUR 300 million. ASML has also granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to EUR 50 million additional principal amount of notes to cover over-allotments in connection with the offering.

The coupon has been set at 5.5% payable annually on May 15 with the final interest payment set for May 15, 2010. The conversion price has been established at EUR 14.30. Unless previously converted, the notes will be redeemed at the redemption price Redemption price
