The share buy back of the approximately 8 million shares, will take place between February 14, 2007 and March 27, 2007. The repurchased shares will be used to cover outstanding stock options. The maximum amount to be paid for the shares to be repurchased is 110% of the average highest price for the shares on Euronext Amsterdam in the period of five days prior to the relevant buy back.
