ASMC interviews.

A new feature of the professional development column will be a series of interviews with persons in the Defense financial management community who have had careers that are considered outstanding. We will select people from the field and will try to rotate the services and Defense Finance and Accounting Service. The interviews will be constructed to garner ideas and advice on career development, education, and training that will be helpful to persons less senior as they develop and progress.
