REPeValuator provides a cost-effective method to raise the probability of hiring the right candidate in the new age of "universal contact representatives" for sales and service positions. Using a 30-minute, Web-based simulation (a demonstration of which can be viewed on ASI's Web site at http://www.asisolutions.com/evaluator/index.htm), REPeValuator imitates chat and Voice over IP ("VoIP") interactions for a company that sells and services a leading product to businesses and consumers.

Candidates assume the role of universal contact representative during various browser-based chat and VoIP conversations with simulated customers in situations such as product/service inquiry, technical support, account inquiry, order status and service termination.
