Under terms of the agreement, ASG will market and distribute worldwide a suite of TeraCloud's SRM solutions focusing on management of OS/390(R) storage resources as a strategic corporate asset. Available immediately, the product suite includes ASG-SpaceAutomator(TM) for policy-based automation of OS/390 storage management, which monitors storage requirements and provides immediate alerts. ASG-SpaceFinder(TM) automates, monitors, analyzes, reports and predicts OS/390 SRM data to ensure critical storage systems availability. ASG-TapeFinder(TM) optimizes OS/390 tape utilization from a central location by monitoring, analyzing and reporting tape storage activity to maximize systems performance. Finally, ASG-Total Recall(TM) monitors and analyzes real-time and historical HSM (1) (Hierarchical Storage Management) The automatic movement of files from hard disk to slower, less-expensive storage media.
