ASG, an enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Istria, the Paris-based software company that develops the TrackBird line of products. Terms of the deal were not announced. Underscoring ASG's history of strategic acquisitions, the deal follows a partnership begun in April 2003, through which ASG gained the rights to market and distribute Istria's solutions as the ASG-TrackBird(TM) Suite worldwide.
