ASG, a worldwide enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies, today announced an international distribution agreement with Soamai, the French software company that created becubic(TM) IT Assets Intelligence(R) software.

According to the terms of the agreement, ASG will serve as the international distributor for Soamai's entire becubic software portfolio. The becubic legacy and becubic service solutions offer information about IT assets -- packaging that information for Java(TM) platforms and Web Services.

Marketed as ASG-becubic(TM), these products help users gain the understanding needed to tackle a wide range of issues -- from research to production -- associated with the modernization and maintenance of enterprise applications.
