ASE Conditionally approves the mineral rights acquisition of Loma, Montana Property.

ASE is a comprehensive and robust data management product with a long history dating back to the late 1980s.  that the acquisition of the mineral rights of an 80 acre parcel in near Loma, Montana Loma is a census-designated place in Chouteau County, Montana, United States. The population was 92 at the 2000 census. Geography
Loma is located at  (47.937358, -110.499854)GR1.
 has been conditionally approved by the Exchange.

Earthwhile Developments Inc. has issued a Letter of Intent to purchase the mineral rights license from Red Flam Blowout Specialist (Jersey) Ltd. and Andrew Hromyk back on August 3, 1995. The license will allow the Company to extract sand and gravel from the acreage for a period of ten years. The terms of closure for the acquisition are currently being reviewed and negotiated with the ASE.

The independent engineering report submitted to the ASE has assessed the 40 acres or one-half of the total mineral rights of the Loma, Montana property and has reflected the property to contain 2,775,142 million tons of extractable minerals. The report concluded that the 40 acres had a gross mineral asset value/short ton of $9,712,997 (Cdn). Net asset value is estimated to be $5,050,758 (CDN) after reclamation and operating costs operating costs nplgastos mpl operacionales .
